I’ve always been sweets obsessed from baking them to eating them!! From the early days in the backyard making mud pies for Mum (sorry mum) through to now becoming a self-taught home baker who one day decided to take her hobby to the next level!

Everything we know we have learnt along the way, from Youtube, books, trial and error and practise! I am passionate about baking, I love to create products that not only look amazing, they taste exceptionally good.  My cakes and cookies have been tasted by many people and they have ALL loved them, I must be doing something right as all of my customers return.

Just as my mum looked into wrapping up her corporate career and starting a life of leisure and retirement Beat it Frost it offered her an opportunity she couldn’t refuse! I now have the honour of co-running my small business with my mum and biggest supporter. She is a great help in the kitchen, I would be lost without her, we might have some late nights baking and the occasional burnt finger but together we are conquering the baking world one cake/cookie at a time.

We believe cakes need to look fantastic but also taste even better!
